That is certainly a feeling I am familiar with ^^; I recall having all these amazing ideas for art and not wanting to tackle them until exams or work deadlines had been sorted, otherwise I'd feel guilty for not focusing on my actual work. But at the same time, just not wanting to tackle that work and instead wanting to do my art. Just an endless annoying cycle x_x
Wishing you all the best for your exams. In between, maybe write down your ideas or do a quick doodle draft so that you can return to your art when you're done ^-^
I'm glad I'm not the only one, it's a real pain in the buttocks! But hopefully it'll all go a lot smoother, thank you so much^^ I'm planning on doodling King Dedede from kirby so I might work on it soon!

hehehe I get that, when I'm not drawing I feel like I'm just wasting my time, like I could be doing something from all the things I wanna do yet here I am not doing anything at all.
But resting and having time for doing other stuff is important too, u know? if u are truly an artist, the moment to draw will get to you no matter what, so don't stress about it. ( ꈍᴗꈍ)

I know but sometimes I just can't really make time without feeling bad since I basically do nothing, thats why I stop myself from doing stuff so that I can't really procrastinate, I am however working on a little doodle though !Thank you a lot ^^
